On-site Machining Story 9 in 2024

As the Labor Day holiday passes, we extend our admiration to the teams still hard at work on-site. One of our longstanding clients paid a visit to our factory. After detailed technical discussions, they placed an order for 2 OD Mounted Pipe Cutting and Beveling Machines. Our team completed the trial run within a day and promptly delivered the equipment to the client's site. Following two days of training, the operators were proficient in operating the machines.

This project is located at Zhejiang Petrochemical in Yushan Island, China. The task involves cutting and beveling over 100 pipe ends, with pipe diameters ranging from 610mm to 711mm. The material is stainless steel with wall thicknesses between 40mm and 60mm.

Within three days, the two machines completed processing over 30 pipe ends. Assisting clients in solving on-site machining challenges remains our mission, and every member of our team is always ready to take on new tasks.
