When you have been saving your PoE 2 Currency and preparing in Path of Exile 2, the fight with the Queen of Filth in Act 3 will be one of the serious tests of your creation, consciousness and performance. This boss is in the Apex of Filth, and is not only testing your ability to damage, but also requires quick reaction, excellent arena movement and control in presence of traps and adds. 

The very arena is misleadingly dangerous. The Queen will cover the ground with debuff areas, some of them weaken your armour, others slow you or cause chaos damage. Add to that her rolling/slamming capability of her huge hammer and you have a combat where movement and position is just as important as DPS. You will not wish to stand in circles on the ground where the effects are going on in red or green. 

The management of the waves of Queen minions is one of the most important tactic factors. She occasionally calls smaller enemies to the battle, and this might appear to be some distraction, but overlooking them is not the right thing to do. The adds create limitations to the movement space, greater threat, and add complexity to the dodge. A lot of players cleared these minions the first so as to be able to focus on her safely. 

Her direct attacks, as regards, are, perhaps, the Rolling Slam. It starts with a roll in your direction, and then a massive slam. To avoid it, you have to notice the animation as soon as possible and, more to the point, be prepared to move to the right or left--even to the back straight will get you hit. Ground-effect explosions and thrown boulders are also to be alert to and may happen anywhere off-screen or with little warning so monitoring and movement are paramount. 

Considering this, what do you think you should do in terms of how you construct/ prepare your character? First: invest your money in motion and existence. High-speed boots, flasks that increase dodge/reducing ground damage, and equipment having appropriate resistances/defences are important in this regard. Second: choose a build capable of add clearing quickly - AoE clear or minion support builds are the best as the mechanics of the Queen reward space control over raw DPS. 

Instead of risking everything and making huge and risky attacks when the Queen proves vulnerable, are interested in safe damage windows; when she summoning minions, when you have cleared the land of danger, and room. Remaining mobile, dispelling adds, evading debuffs and going back to damage are a more reliable way of winning the fight than pure offence. When she is dead, you will get the progression and meaningful loot of path of exile 2 currency , which will benefit even your future build.
