Harry Smith's answer: If your cruise has not yet been cancelled, you can call it off up to 48 hours prior to sailing for a full refund (minus the non-refundable deposit). If your cruise has been cancelled, most lines are allowing you to rebook and use those funds to cover cost of later cruises.
