Hi! Just wanted to shout out the staff at the Southwest Airlines JFK Terminal. I was traveling alone for a weekend trip and had zero problems with check-in or boarding. Self-service kiosks were running well, and when I did need assistance, someone was there to help. Security lines progressed faster than anticipated, and there were more than enough charging ports in the waiting area. What made the experience even better was the staff's positive attitude—everyone seemed to truly enjoy being there. It really sets the tone for the flight to come. Southwest does great in the air, but terminal was just as dependable. Would definitely recommend!
